Thomas Fuller, Nimpus Fuller (and Turpin Fuller, who was reprieved) found guilty on an indictment for the highway robbery of Mary Osborn, widow, in the parish of Gosfield on 13th April 1741: robbing her of a gold ring (valued at 20/-) and 6d in money numbered.  Nimpus Fuller was sentenced to death on a second indictment being found found guilty on an indictment for stealing a black gelding (valued at £4), a saddle (valued at 15/-), a bridle (valued at 12d), a pair of boots (valued at 10/6) and a pair of spurs (valued at 12d), the property of Walter Astkinson, in the parish of Hornchurch on 17th May 1741.
