Thomas Fuller, Nimpus Fuller (and Turpin Fuller, who was reprieved) found guilty on an indictment for the highway robbery of Mary Osborn, widow, in the parish of Gosfield on 13^th April 1741: robbing her of a gold ring (valued at 20/-) and 6d in money numbered. Nimpus Fuller was sentenced to death on a second indictment being found found guilty on an indictment for stealing a black gelding (valued at £4), a saddle (valued at 15/-), a bridle (valued at 12d), a pair of boots (valued at 10/6) and a pair of spurs (valued at 12d), the property of Walter Astkinson, in the parish of Hornchurch on 17^th May 1741.
